TERMS & CONDITIONS



1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE VENDOR

The website www.interieurinterieur.com is published by SARL USAGE, a “société à responsabilité limitée” with a share capital of 1 000 euros, registered with the RCS of Lyon under number 949 107 593, whose intra-community VAT number is FR32949107593 and whose registered office is located at 2, rue Antoine Fonlupt, 69008 Lyon, France.


2. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the sale of vintage decorative objects (the “Products”) through the website www.interieurinterieur.com (the “Website”).

By placing an order, the customer (the “Customer”) acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these T&C in full. The Customer is invited to consult the most recent version of the T&C at any time on the Website.

Acceptance of the T&C is required at checkout by checking the box “I agree to the Terms & Conditions.” This constitutes a binding agreement between the Customer and SARL USAGE.


3. ORDER PROCESS
To place an order on the Website, the Customer must:

  • Select the Product and add it to the basket.

  • Review the basket and make any necessary changes.

  • Fill in the required billing and shipping information.

  • Confirm the order and accept the T&C.

  • Proceed to secure payment via Stripe.


An order confirmation will be sent by email. Once payment is validated and the order processed, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be provided.


4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All items sold are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces. Availability is limited to one unit per reference.

In the unlikely event that a Product becomes unavailable after an order has been confirmed, the Customer will be informed by email and the order refunded in full.

Colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and the nature of vintage items. These variations do not constitute defects.


5. PRICE
All prices are displayed in Euros (€), including French VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are added at checkout:

  • France: Free

  • EU: Upon request

  • Rest of the World: Upon request


For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the Customer’s responsibility.

Payment is made securely via Stripe. No banking information is stored by the Website.


6. RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
Products remain the property of SARL USAGE until full payment is received. Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery to the address provided.


7. DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within 7 to 14 days of confirmation, via La Poste or DHL, with tracking.

In case of delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be charged.

Upon receipt, the Customer is responsible for inspecting the package. Any visible damage must be noted immediately with the carrier. Claims must be submitted within 3 working days to contact@interieurinterieur.fr.


8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To do so, the Customer must notify contact@interieurinterieur.fr before returning the item.

Returned items must be:

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Shipped with a tracking number at the Customer's expense

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days, excluding shipping and customs fees.

Returns sent without prior notification or cash-on-delivery parcels will not be accepted.


9. STATUTORY WARRANTIES
All items sold are vintage, pre-owned pieces, and may present signs of age. These do not constitute defects unless they affect functionality or were not disclosed.

Products are subject to the statutory warranties of the French Civil Code and the French Consumer Code (conformity and hidden defects). Any claim must be made within 24 months of delivery.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website—images, text, design, branding—is the property of Intérieur Intérieur or its licensors and may not be reproduced or reused without permission.


12. FORCE MAJEURE
SARL USAGE shall not be held liable for non-performance in the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, transport interruption, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control).


13. GOVERNING LAW — DISPUTES
These T&C are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may seek mediation via CMAP – Paris Centre for Mediation and Arbitration (www.cmap.fr).
Alternatively, the dispute may be brought before the competent French court.
