PARIS - RUE VIEILLE DU TEMPLE

This project involved the total transformation of a small 50m² apartment situated in the heart of the Marais in Paris.
The clients envisioned a chic yet dramatic design, infused with a touch of contemporary elegance. The renovation was comprehensive, starting with an unremarkable space that underwent a remarkable metamorphosis.

We exposed the building’s walls to reveal stunning ancient stones, and uncovered original beams hidden behind a plaster ceiling, adding character and authenticity to the apartment. Every detail was meticulously planned, with carefully chosen materials: elegant stone tiles from Bourgogne for the entryway, real oak wood floors, a marble kitchen, Venetian plaster walls, and a striking stove crafted by a renowned French company Lacanche.

Lighting was pivotal in creating a cozy yet dramatic atmosphere, with careful attention given to its placement and design.

The renovation also included the creation of a private suite, complete with its own bathroom featuring a bathtub and a rain shower. Underfloor heating and climate control systems were installed to ensure perfect comfort throughout every season.
