PARIS - TEMPLE

Complete remodeling and decoration of this 120m² Haussmann-style 19th-century apartment located on Temple Street in Paris.
We removed the wall between the two living rooms and installed an open kitchen, which was previously located in another room of the apartment, to create an additional room.

Due to its location, the apartment was very noisy, so we carried out extensive work on noise insulation. We replaced all five windows with brand-new soundproof ones while preserving the original style. Additionally, we soundproofed the ceiling and some of the walls.

Great care was taken to preserve the apartment's original charm, even while removing a wall. Most of the moldings are original, with only a few being newly added.
We also designed a large, custom-made wooden table specifically tailored to fit the space.
