SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer a small selection of carefully chosen vintage decorative pieces—vases, objects, and curiosities—as a natural extension of our interior design practice. Each piece is unique and shipped with care from our studio in Lyon.
1. SHIPPING
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 7 to 14 days after purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
We ship via La Poste or DHL, with tracking provided.
Shipping rates:
France: Free
Europe (EU): Upon request
Rest of the World: Upon request
If your order contains multiple items, they’ll be shipped together once all are ready. For separate delivery, please place separate orders.
2. TAXES & CUSTOMS
For deliveries outside the EU:
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country—your local customs office should be able to provide an estimate.
Intérieur Intérieur cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred during customs processing.
3. RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us first at contact@interieurinterieur.fr.
Returned items must:
Be in their original condition, unused and undamaged
Include all original packaging and labels
Be returned using a tracked shipping method at your expense

We do not accept returns sent without prior notice or via cash-on-delivery.
4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you. If approved, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping and customs fees) within 14 days, using your original payment method.
Please note: if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to evaluate it, a partial refund may be issued.
5. IMPORTANT NOTES
Items must be returned in perfect condition
Any product with its own box or packaging must be returned in that box, placed inside a sturdy outer box
Make sure everything is returned exactly as received
