Complete renovation and decoration of a 40 m² 1930s apartment in Marseille, designed as a welcoming retreat for visitors exploring the city and its surroundings.
The project involved a full rebuild of the electrical and plumbing systems, along with the installation of a brand-new kitchen and bathroom,
tailored to modern comfort while respecting the apartment’s original charm.
Special attention was given to preserving the existing character of the space.
The striking yellow-and-white checkerboard cement tiles were carefully restored, as were the original doors and the distinctive glass hood in the kitchen.
Bright, compact, and full of personality, the apartment now combines vintage details with practical upgrades, offering an authentic and inviting Marseille experience.
